I spent my days exploring the city’s many museums and art galleries, wandering through its charming plazas, and sampling delicious Mexican cuisine. One of the highlights of my trip was visiting the famous Mummies of Guanajuato, a unique collection of naturally mummified bodies that have been preserved for over 100 years.
In the evenings, I attended lively cultural events and watched traditional Mexican dances, soaking up the vibrant energy of the city. Guanajuato is a true gem, a hidden treasure waiting to be discovered by travelers. A Surreal Experience in Mexico City
Mexico City was a surreal experience for me. It’s a huge city with so much to see and do, and I felt like I was transported to another world. I started my journey by exploring the city’s rich history, visiting ancient Aztec ruins, colonial cathedrals, and vibrant museums.
One of my favorite experiences was visiting the National Museum of Anthropology, which houses an impressive collection of Aztec artifacts and historical exhibits. I was also blown away by the Metropolitan Cathedral, which is one of the largest cathedrals in the world.
Aside from the historical sites, Mexico City also offers a vibrant cultural scene. I was able to sample some delicious Mexican cuisine, explore the bustling street markets, and attend lively cultural events.
One of the highlights of my trip was visiting the floating gardens of Xochimilco. I was able to take a traditional gondola-style boat ride through the canals and witness the stunning array of colorful flowers and greenery.
